Sir H. Blake simply contents himself with stating that the charges against Chung Sui Yung were dismissed, I presume because they were not substantiated.
It looks to me as if Chung Sui Yung, who is said to be a member of Dr Sun Yat Sen's society, was wanted by China on account of his political and not his criminal character. I always understood that everything pointed to the disturbances in the New Territory having been incited by the Chinese govt, rather than to their having any case against the work of rebels in it is proved that Chung Sin Yung had anything to do with them.
